When you send us your device, please include a piece of paper with your information like your name, last name, return address, problem with the device and phone number. We will begin the repair process as soon as we receive it and it won't take more than 3 days. We will use USPS for return shipping. We will contact you with a text message or phone call when your device is ready for shipment and payment needs to be made.
